Corinne is a lovely host. The flat is very well placed, everything is close by and reachable on foot, with very good restaurants nearby. It is modern, air conditioned and perfectly equipped, with real care for the details. Highly recommended.

Very well placed. We had an excellent stay in Corine's flat. Everything is reachable on foot and the Sablettes beach is genuinely lovely. The flat is nicely decorated and nothing faces it. We enjoyed the coastal path and the restaurants.

Impeccably clean and prettily decorated, two minutes from the Sablettes beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The shuttle boats to Toulon and elsewhere leave from right beside it. The ideal place for a holiday without a car.

We spent four nights in Corine's flat with my partner and our eighteen month old son. The layout was no trouble at all for our child and we all managed to sleep in the same room. The location is excellent: everything is walkable, and the boat leaves from right opposite the building. The beach is 200 metres away, so you can come and go through the day. The flat is well equipped and has plenty of storage. Corine also puts out board games and games for children, which is a big plus. We will gladly come back!

We had a great two days in this flat. Perfect for a couple with a child, it is well thought through and very practical. You settle in quickly thanks to the sensible layout and the warm touch. The kitchen is well equipped. On comfort there is nothing to fault: the bedding is faultless and the flat is bright and clean, which made the stay better still. Many thanks to the host, who was very available. The neighbourhood is quiet and well placed, right opposite the landing stage for Toulon, where we simply hopped over for the Christmas market. Everything you need for a quiet stay. We left delighted and are keeping the address for next time!

A large and very handsome studio, very well equipped: nothing is missing, it is like being at home. It sits nicely between the beach and the landing stage for Toulon, and the shops, restaurants and bars are all walkable. Communication with Corine was excellent, she was always available.

I think we stayed and discovered this incredible spot thanks to Corine. As well as being quick, professional, helpful and one step ahead, she is a great host on every level. The flat was perfectly equipped, spotless, full of the details that make you feel at home, and literally a minute and a half from the beach with direct access through a beautiful park. A minute from the bus, from the boat to Toulon and the island of Porquerolles, from all the wonderful water sports, from the beach and from excellent restaurants including the fishermen's places. A truly remarkable and central spot, and yet on the park side, so quiet. The perfect mix, and honestly a very rare gem in France. Corine is genuinely welcoming and professional. The flat is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. She takes care of every detail and answers every question quickly and efficiently. Everything was perfect.

We managed to book Corine's flat at the last minute for a weekend with our two year old daughter. Thank you so much for answering so quickly! It is very well equipped and laid out, with a small separation between the sleeping corner and the living room. And the landscaped park right in front of the building is magnificent: our daughter had a wonderful time watching the frogs and the turtles. Being able to take the boat to Toulon by simply crossing the road on one side, and reach the Sablettes beach by crossing the park on the other, was superb. We did not want to leave, and Corine even let us keep the flat for the day. We recommend it very strongly!

Excellent location, with a bus stop right outside the door. It is very quiet all the same, because the flat looks onto the garden. The boat stop is just across the road. Beach, restaurants and shops two minutes away through the beautiful park. The place was very clean and fully equipped, with coffee, games, a beach bag and so on. We will gladly come back.

What an ideal location! Perfect for exploring the region: the beach is two minutes on foot, and you can simply cross the road and take the boat to Toulon. Parking was very easy in the car park on the other side of the building (we arrived in the evening; mornings look a little busier). Corine was a wonderful host and communication was good and quick. The flat itself was very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The one thing to bear in mind is that if you are tall the main bed might feel a little short, as there is a wall at each end, but there is also a sofa bed you could use. All in all an excellent stay, and I wish I could have stayed longer!
